So sitemap is nothing but a file where you provide information about the pages, videos, and other files on your site, and the relationship between them. Search Engines like Google read this file to more intelligently crawl your website. So first you have to register on Google Search Console (click on this blue link for sign up), then verify your site and your ownership then you will see a window on the left-hand side named sitemap, click on it, it will automatically recognize your site and ask for a sitemap.
How to correctly Submit your sitemap to Google Console?
You can correctly submit the sitemap of your website by following these methods, for generating the sitemap of your website you can use various sitemap generator present on Google for free, I will suggest you use labnol.org and then copy the generated sitemap of your site and paste it on Google Console. Then go to your blogger, click on Settings, scroll down, and there you will see an option robot.txt which is disabled, enable that option and then click on it and paste the sitemap of your site and save, after that you will see a disabled option named "Enable custom robots header tag", enable that option and do the same settings shown in the following image,
